Shipping Policy
- Free sight delivery pan Bharat without any extra charges.
- Delivery within 48 to 96 hrs at sight.
- Delivery will be at road side any stairs or place where vehicle cannot enter will not be considered.
- Delivery within 24–72 hrs in Himachal. Pan-India based on availability.
Refund Policy
Eligibility Refunds are only applicable in the following cases. Manufacturing defects Wrong product/shade supplied by SLB Product damaged during delivery (with proof)
Time Limit Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Project Orders For bulk/project orders, refund terms will be as per MoU or Purchase Agreement.
Approval All refunds are subject to management approval and product verification.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customer must provide: Invoice copy Photographic or video evidence.Unused product (minimum 90% content)
Non-Refundable Items – Tinted/custom shade paints. Opened or used paint cans. Products ordered wrongly by customer
Shipping Cost – If fault is from SLB side: Full refund including return shipping If fault is from customer side: Return shipping to be borne by customer
