Description

Nerolac
Excel Mica Marble Stretch and Sheen is an extremely durable water based high
performance exterior paint developed with a unique stretchable film technology,
which allows it to cover hairline cracks, with a 6 year performance warranty.

Features:

The
surface to be painted must be free from all dust, grease, traces of paint
flakes, algae, fungus etc.

 The
surface previously coated with paint must be cleaned thoroughly, with stiff
wire brush, to remove dust ,chalky or any friable material and loose flakes.

 In
case of fungus affected area apply a liberal coat of Nero wash. Allow it to
react for minimum 6-8 h. For parapet tops and other horizontal surfaces,
application of 3 coats is highly recommended.

Freshly
plastered surfaces must be allowed to cure completely. Apply top coat as
follows. 

Wash
thoroughly with water and allow to dry. This ensures proper adhesion of new
paint system.

 All
structural cracks must be opened in V shape and filled with Cement/cement based
plaster or with Nerolac Perma Crack filler paste. All water seepage/leakage
should be stopped, before actual painting.
