Applies to: All Wooden Flooring Products Sold by Maple N Decor
1. Introduction
These Returns Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Maple N Decor ("Seller") and the Purchaser ("Client") concerning
the return of wooden flooring products sold. By purchasing from Maple N Decor, the client agrees to abide by the following conditions.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Only full, unopened, and undamaged boxes of wooden flooring material are eligible for return.
2.2. Loose pieces, opened boxes, damaged cartons, or materials showing any signs of use or mishandling will not be accepted under any
circumstance.
2.3. Returns will only be accepted within five (5) calendar days from the date of billing/invoice.
3. Return Request Procedure
3.1. All return requests must be submitted in writing to maplendecor@gmail.com or via official communication channels within 5 days of billing.
3.2. The return request must include:
Invoice number
Date of billing
Reason for return
Quantity and product code of material being returned
Photographs of the boxes in packed condition
3.3. Return requests submitted beyond the 5-day window will be automatically rejected.
4. Approval and Authorization
4.1. Return authorization is solely at the discretion of Maple N Decor after inspection and verification.
4.2. Upon approval, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued.
4.3. Without a valid RAN, no returns will be processed or accepted at the warehouse.
5. Return Conditions
5.1. Only products in original, undamaged, sealed packaging will be considered.
5.2. Any damage during transit back to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the client.
5.3. The returned material must match the batch code/lot as originally supplied. Mixed batches or alternate lots will not be accepted.
5.4. Flooring products with moisture damage, UV exposure, dust, stains, or edge damage are deemed ineligible.
6. Freight and Handling
6.1. The cost of return freight will be fully borne by the Client/Purchaser.
6.2. The material must be delivered from site to our warehouse (Maple N Decor Warehouse Address: [Insert Address]).6.3. Any logistics coordination, including third-party transport, is the sole responsibility of the client.
6.4. No reimbursements or compensations will be made for freight, packaging, or handling expenses.
7. Inspection and Quality Check
7.1. All returned products will undergo a mandatory quality inspection at the warehouse.
7.2. If any boxes are found tampered with, damaged, opened, or not matching batch codes, they will be rejected and disposed of or returned at the
client’
s cost.
7.3. The results of the inspection are final and binding.
8. Restocking and Processing Fees
8.1. A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value of returned goods will be deducted from any credit note issued.
8.2. No refund or credit will be issued unless the goods pass the inspection and approval process.
8.3. Processing of return credits may take up to 15 business days from the date of material receipt.
9. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories of products are strictly non-returnable:
Custom orders or special finishes
Clearance or discounted stock
Products sold during promotions or bundled offers
Installed or altered material
Material received more than 5 days ago
10. Liability Disclaimer
10.1. Maple N Decor is not liable for:
Delays or errors in return freight
Damage during return transit
Product quality degradation due to improper site storage
Incorrect measurements leading to surplus material
10.2. Responsibility for careful and accurate material estimation lies with the client or their appointed architect/contractor .
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
11.1. These terms are governed under the laws of the Republic of India.
11.2. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
12. Final Clause and Modifications
12.1. Maple N Decor reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
12.2. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
12.3. Clients are advised to review the Terms prior to each purchase and return process.
13. Declaration by Client
By purchasing and/or requesting returns, the Client declares that:
They have read and understood the Return Terms and Conditions
They agree not to dispute the Terms post-saleThey understand that loose, damaged, or delayed returns will not be accepted
